## JOBBESCHREIBUNG

Als Team Lead Lehrkraft/Tutor leitest Du ein Team, das tausenden von Lernenden hilft, Daten und KI zu verstehen. Du trägst die fachliche Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und Qualitätssicherung, und damit direkt für die Lerneffektivität unserer Kunden.

Viele Teams skalieren Training schnell. Wir bauen es nachhaltig auf, und Du bist der Schlüssel dazu. Deine Arbeit stellt sicher, dass nicht nur mehr Menschen lernen, sondern dass sie wirklich befähigt werden, in einer KI-geprägten Welt zu arbeiten.

Du förderst Deine Coaches gezielt weiter und schaffst die Grundlage für exzellenten Unterricht. Der Head of Delivery begleitet Dich strategisch und gibt Dir den Raum, Dein Team wirklich zu führen. Dein Fokus: Strukturen schaffen, die Coaches befähigen, großartig zu lehren und so unsere Produktqualität sichern.

## SCHWERPUNKTE DEINER ROLLE

- Fachliche Führung und Motivation deines Coaching-Teams mit Fokus auf Entwicklung, Feedback und Performance
- Planung und Umsetzung der fachlichen Betreuung bestehender und neuer Trainings; Onboarding neuer Coaches
- Qualitätssicherung durch KPI-Analyse, regelmäßiges Feedback und Dokumentation aller Prozessabläufe
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs Potenzialen (z. B. HubSpot Workflows, Skedulo) in Coaching- und Support-Prozessen
- Strategische Mitgestaltung von Projekten (z. B. Optimierung von Feedback-Systemen, Prozessverbesserungen)
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Training, Delivery, Learning, Customer Success und Client Operations zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Du bleibst durch Dokumentation und Workflow-Optimierung am Puls der operativen Arbeit. Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt aber in strategischer Steuerung, Teamleitung und Qualitätssicherung.

## DAS BRINGST DU MIT

- 1–2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung in disziplinarischer oder fachlicher Führung eines Teams (mindestens 3 Personen)
- Didaktische Erfahrung in der Vermittlung komplexer Sachverhalte (z. B. Trainer/in, Coach, Lehrkraft)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise quantitativ/analytisch
- Sichere Kenntnisse in Prozessautomatisierung und Erfahrung mit HubSpot, Metabase, Asana oder ähnlichen Tools
- Grundlegendes Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung mit Generative AI (GenAI)
- Fähigkeit zu klarer, empathischer und konstruktiver Kommunikation; Konfliktfähigkeit und Feedback-Kultur
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts- und Zuverlässigkeitsanspruch
- Du beherrschst die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
