## Job description

Crisp groeit als kool. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider Bezorging die medeverantwoordelijk wordt voor onze hub in Utrecht. Als Teamleider weet je als geen ander wat een goede bezorgervaring is. Daarnaast geef je graag leiding aan een grote groep bezorgers. Zo zorg je iedere dag opnieuw voor een perfecte ervaring bij onze klant en een goede werksfeer voor onze bezorgers.

Wat je zult doen Als Teamleider Bezorging ben je samen met de Hub Manager verantwoordelijk voor onze hub in Utrecht. Vanaf de bezorg-hub worden onze ingepakte boodschappen door jouw team van bezorgers geleverd in de regio. We bezorgen zeven dagen per week. Daarbij heb jij veel contact met de bezorgers, andere hubs en je collega’s van onder andere het serviceteam, de routeplanning, fleetmanagers en het warehouse. Dit zijn een aantal van je verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je geeft leiding aan 20-30 bezorgers, coacht hen bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt dat ze volledig en op tijd vertrekken.
- Je houdt het overzicht. Jij weet precies welke bezorger welke route rijdt en welke (elektrische) bus hij of zij meekrijgt.
- Je neemt besluiten bij verstoringen op de hub of onderweg. Jij bepaalt wanneer er een extra bezorger wordt ingezet of een rit wordt gestaakt.
- Je neemt samen met de Hub Manager bezorgers aan, leidt ze op en zorgt dat ze plezier hebben in hun werk.
- Je hebt een belangrijke rol in de onboarding en ontwikkeling van bezorgers: van het inwerken van nieuwe collega’s tot het voeren van ontwikkelgesprekken.
- Je opent of sluit de hub zelfstandig.
- Je krijgt de kans om extra verantwoordelijkheden op te pakken, zoals het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken of het ondersteunen bij praktische zaken rondom het wagenpark.
- Je vindt het niet erg om zelf achter het stuur van een bestelbus te stappen als dat nodig is

Dit ben jij Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als teamleider, ploegleider of in een andere leidinggevende rol. Je zit vol positieve energie en bent communicatief vaardig. Je weet daarnaast precies hoe je overzicht bewaart. Verder:

- Je woont in Utrecht of hebt een auto om er te kunnen komen.
- Je bent 30 uur per week beschikbaar en bent flexibel qua werktijden. Er zijn diensten in de ochtend, middag en avond, doordeweeks en in het weekend.
- Je hebt ervaring in een operationele, leidinggevende rol. Het liefst in een functie waarbij je een diverse groep werknemers hebt aangestuurd.
- Je weet hoe je mensen motiveert om hun werk beter te doen. Je krijgt mensen makkelijk met je mee, ongeacht hun rol of achtergrond. Ook moeilijke gesprekken ga je niet uit de weg.
- Je bent kritisch en begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is dat alle klanten hun boodschappen volledig en op tijd ontvangen.
- Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is dat we op een positieve en oplossende manier met elkaar communiceren.
- Je bent proactief en denkt mee over hoe we efficiënter kunnen worden, en hoe we van onze Hub een nog leukere werkplek kunnen maken.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs.
