Job Responsibilities: - Partner with engineering leaders to understand what a great candidate for that role looks like in each technical role. - Evaluate candidate fitment by reviewing their past work, technical contributions, and problem-solving approaches. - Conduct structured technical conversations to pre-assess candidates before formal interviews. - Build and nurture long-term pipelines of deep-tech engineers in Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Data Infra. - Apply a systematic approach to target, network and engage with passive talent pools. - Deliver an engaging candidate experience and be the brand ambassador for Hevo in this community of users.
