직무 소개

Technical Account Manager(TAM)는 가맹점이 로켓페이를 안정적이고 효율적으로 도입하고 운영할 수 있도록 지원하는 핵심 기술 파트너입니다. 가맹점의 비즈니스 및 기술적 환경을 깊이 이해하고, 결제 연동 설계부터 라이브 운영 중 발생하는 기술 이슈 해결까지 전 과정을 주도(End-to-End)합니다. 가맹점 현장의 목소리와 기술적 분석을 바탕으로 internal 제품/개발팀과 협업하여 로켓페이의 결제 경험과 시스템을 지속적으로 개선합니다.

업무 내용

- 신규 가맹점의 로켓페이 결제 연동(SDK/API) 전 과정 기술 지원 및 가맹점 환경에 최적화된 연동 방식 제안
- 가맹점 기술 문의 및 라이브 이슈의 깊이 있는 원인 분석/해결, 반복되는 페인포인트 발굴을 통한 제품·개발팀과의 구조적 개선
- 카드사·은행·VAN사 등 결제 인프라 파트너와의 기술적 소통을 통한 점검 및 장애 발생 시 가맹점 비즈니스 영향 최소화
- 결제 운영 실시간 모니터링 및 이상 신호 조기 감지를 통한 결제 손실 예방 및 장애 대응
- 가맹점 연동 절차 및 내부 기술 커뮤니케이션 효율화를 위한 결제 도메인 기술 자산화 및 프레임워크 개선

자격 요건

- 기술 지원, 결제 연동, 개발 등 관련 분야 8년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
- 고객사 개발자와 수준 높은 기술 커뮤니케이션이 가능하고, 복잡한 문제의 원인을 정밀하게 분석하여 쉽게 설명할 수 있는 분
- 서버와 클라이언트간 작동원리 API/SDK 작동원리 등 기초적인 기술적 구조를 이해하고 비즈니스 맥락에 유연하게 적용할 수 있는 분
- PG, VAN, 카드사, 간편결제 등 결제 산업 생태계에 대한 이해 및 기술 지원/결제 연동 경력이 있으신 분
- 직면한 기술 문제를 끝까지 추적하여 주도적으로 해결하는 집요함과 팀 단위 협업 능력을 갖추신 분

- 글로벌 PSP, 해외 가맹점 및 파트너사와 영어로 자유로운 기술/비즈니스 소통이 가능하신 분
- Andorid, iOS 등 모바일 결제 연동 및 개발 환경에 대한 경험이나 이해도가 높으신 분
