You'll take the handoff at the moment a proof-of-value converts and make sure the value we proved in weeks compounds for years. This is a hands-on technical role. Our customers are SOC analysts, detection engineers, and CISOs, and our product is an AI-native security platform, you'll spend meaningful time in the portal, in the data, and in AI-driven workflows, not only in QBR decks. Think of it as the post-sales mirror of our Sales Engineering motion: technical, hands-on, and accountable for quantified customer value. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the post-sale lifecycle for every closed-won customer across onboarding, adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal, as the customer's single accountable owner inside Artemis - Run structured onboarding from contract signature to fully live: set a joint success plan with milestones, drive the remaining integrations and data connections, configure alerting and escalation paths, and treat time-to-value as a core metric - Own the customer health system: run recurring reviews across product engagement, outcome quality, integration health, AI adoption, and open risks, and act on regressions before the customer feels them - Deliver QBRs with quantified impact (dollars saved, coverage gained, gaps closed, analyst time returned), grounded in real usage data and outcome reporting, not anecdotes - Run a clear asks-and-risks process: convert customer requests into tracked internal work, route to the right owner, chase SLAs, and close the loop with the customer - Drive adoption of AI-native workflows across investigation, detection, and hunting, teaching analysts, assigning homework, and turning daily users into internal champions - Triage issues live on customer calls (integration failures, data gaps, product errors) and pull in engineering with full context when needed - Surface expansion signals (new data sources, new teams, growing usage) and partner with Account Executives on renewal and expansion motions - Serve as voice of customer, feeding structured field signal into the product roadmap and quality feedback into the teams that build and tune detections - Build the CS playbook (onboarding guides, health scorecards, QBR templates, renewal runbooks) that future CS hires ramp on ## QUALIFICATIONS We hire for experience and talent, not certifications. What you've onboarded, saved, renewed, and grown matters more than acronyms after your name. - 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or post-sales Solutions role in B2B cybersecurity or technical enterprise SaaS, you've carried a book of enterprise accounts through renewal, and you know your GRR/NRR numbers - You genuinely understand AI, you use LLM tools daily, you can explain agentic workflows to a skeptical SOC analyst, and you know the difference between AI that demos well and AI that changes how a team operates - Security domain fluency: you can hold your own with SOC managers, detection engineers, and CISOs on SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, identity, and cloud, and you know what a day in a SOC actually looks like - Comfortable in data: you can read dashboards, interrogate usage and detection metrics, and turn them into a value narrative - Proven ownership of renewals and expansions in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts - Strong project management across concurrent onboardings and escalations - Exceptional written communication, weekly customer updates, executive summaries, and EBR narratives that stand on their own - Startup-ready: you build process where none exists, and you're comfortable being the first and only person in your function ## NICE TO HAVE - Prior Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or onboarding/implementation engineering experience - Hands-on security operations background, SOC analyst, detection engineering, or incident response - Early CS hire at a security or AI startup where you built the playbook, not just executed it - Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or light scripting, enough to self-serve an answer before filing a ticket WHY WORK AT ARTEMIS? Our team includes some of the smartest and most driven people in the world. We guarantee you will learn more in 1 year here than 10 years anywhere else. Build the foundation. You're not joining an established CS machine, you're building it. Your playbook creates the blueprint. Your renewals prove the model. Your feedback shapes the product. Significant upside. As our founding Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll have equity and earning potential that reflects the value you're creating. If you are passionate about turning security teams into lifelong champions and want to help companies defend against AI-powered adversaries, we'd love to hear from you. ## COMPENSATION We offer a competitive compensation of $160,000-$180,000 per year, and a top-of-market equity component. It correlates identity, cloud, endpoint, network, and SaaS telemetry into complete attack narratives. Features include AI agents for autonomous investigation, natural-language querying, federated telemetry (reducing ingest costs), automated threat intelligence mapping (MITRE ATT&CK), and incident response playbooks. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total Funding of $70M (Series A of $50M and Seed of $20M, both closed in April 2026) - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Felicis, First Round Capital, Brightmind, Theory VC, Lockstep, Two Sigma Ventures, plus a group of prominent cybersecurity operators - **Growth Signals**: The company has grown to 22 employees in under two years (founded 2025), with a monthly headcount growth of +11.8%. It reports a 96% reduction in mean time to resolution for customers and a “2 weeks to coverage” deployment timeline. The company is actively hiring across engineering, GTM, and security roles (12 open positions as of mid-2026). ## Competitive Advantages - **AI-Native Architecture**: Built from the ground up with AI agents that reason, adapt, and act—not a chatbot bolted onto a legacy SIEM. This allows for autonomous detection writing, investigation, and response. - **Federated Telemetry**: Streams only detection-critical logs and retrieves the rest on demand, dramatically reducing data ingestion costs while maintaining full visibility. - **Environment Intelligence**: Continuously builds a living model of assets, users, configurations, and business context, enabling detections that adapt to the specific environment rather than relying on generic rules. - **Founding Team Depth**: CEO Shachar Hirshberg led product for Amazon GuardDuty and was an early employee at Demisto; CTO Dan Shiebler led AI/ML at Abnormal Security and built ML systems at Twitter. ## Strategic Focus - Current priorities include expanding the enterprise customer base, deepening AI agent capabilities across the full security lifecycle (detection, investigation, response, containment), and scaling the go-to-market team (hiring for enterprise sales, partnerships, and product marketing). - The company is also focused on closing the gap between traditional SIEMs and the speed of AI-driven threats, with a clear emphasis on replacing legacy detection workflows. ## Why Work Here - **Culture & Mission**: Mission-driven work at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity, with a focus on building “AI that defends modern systems.” The team includes alumni from Amazon, Abnormal Security, Two Sigma, and Lockheed Martin. - **Work Policy**: Most roles are based in New York City (HQ), with some remote positions (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure). - **Benefits**: Top-of-market salary and equity in an early-stage company; comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; 401k plan; daily team meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner); $200/month commute reimbursement; $300/month wellness stipend. - **Engineering Culture**: AI-first development approach—teams design systems where AI agents reason and act autonomously, rather than relying on handcrafted rules. Tech stack includes TypeScript, Python, React, ClickHouse, Snowflake, Terraform, and more. - **Growth**: Early-stage company with significant growth potential and a fast-paced, high-impact environment. ## Sources 1.
