## Job description

TL;DR - Wir entwickeln KI-gestützte Fachkräfte für das Gesundheitswesen von morgen. Unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna automatisiert bereits heute die Patientenkommunikation in Arztpraxen. Als Marktführer in der Kieferorthopädie und mit einer großen Finanzierungsrunde im Rücken skalieren wir nun in andere medizinische Fachbereiche – und du sorgst dafür, dass jede neue Praxis von Anfang an erfolgreich startet. Als Technical Implementation Manager verantwortest du die technische Integration von Luna in die Telefoninfrastruktur und das Praxissystem unserer Kunden und legst damit das Fundament für eine erfolgreiche Nutzung.

Wieso praxipal? Der Fachkräftemangel ist die größte Herausforderung für unser Gesundheitswesen. Zehntausende Stellen bleiben jedes Jahr unbesetzt und der demografische Wandel sorgt dafür, dass sich diese Entwicklung immer weiter zuspitzen wird. Arztpraxen setzen auf unsere KI-Rezeptionistin Luna, um ihr Personal zu entlasten und die Versorgung für alle zugänglich zu halten. Wir wachsen in Rekordgeschwindigkeit und haben vor kurzem eine Seed-Finanzierungsrunde in Höhe von $6,7 Millionen mit HV Capital abgeschlossen – und wir fangen gerade erst an.

Wonach wir suchen

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Kenntnisse grundlegender Telefonie-Konzepte (SIP-Trunks, CLIP no screening, Rufnummernweitergabe) und gängiger Telefonanlagen (z. B. AGFEO, FritzBox, Auerswald)
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Kommandozeile sowie Erfahrung im Arbeiten auf Windows-Servern (z. B. Log-Analyse, Konfigurationsänderungen)
- Tüftler-Mentalität: Du liebst es, technische Herausforderungen zu durchdringen, findest pragmatische Lösungen und gibst nicht auf, bis alles sauber läuft
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten: Du jonglierst mehrere parallele Onboardings gleichzeitig und behältst dabei stets den Überblick
- Klare, geduldige und empathische Kommunikation: Du erklärst technische Sachverhalte verständlich auch für nicht-technische Kunden
- Durchhaltevermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung, auch wenn Integrationen komplex werden oder Rückschläge entstehen
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau

Was du tun wirst In einem Satz: Du integrierst Luna technisch in die Infrastruktur jeder neuen Arztpraxis und sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI-Rezeptionistin vom ersten Tag an reibungslos funktioniert.

- Du analysierst die bestehende Telefoninfrastruktur und das Praxisverwaltungssystem jeder Praxis und planst die technische Integration von Luna
- Du richtest Telefonweiterleitungen, SIP-Verbindungen und Anbindungen an gängige Praxissysteme (z. B. Ivoris und charly by solutio) ein
- Du begleitest Praxen durch den gesamten technischen Onboarding-Prozess – von der Erstanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Aktivierung und darüber hinaus
- Du koordinierst mehrere parallele Projekte und priorisierst effizient nach Dringlichkeit und Komplexität
- Du bist erste technische Ansprechperson für Praxisteams und kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert auch mit nicht-technischen Gesprächspartnern
- Du dokumentierst Integrationsschritte, Praxiskonfigurationen und technische Besonderheiten strukturiert in unserem System
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Forward Deployed Engineers zusammen und eskalierst spezifische Anforderungen gezielt
- Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Integrationshürden und bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge für unsere Onboarding-Prozesse ein
