## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot의 Knowledge Intelligence 그룹은 Vehicle을 중심으로 사용자, 이동 맥락, 외부 환경 Data를 연결하고, Mobility 전반으로 확장 가능한 AI Product를 만들어가고 있습니다. 사용자의 이동 과정에서 발생하는 행동, 환경, Device, Service Context를 함께 이해할 때 새로운 AI 기반 경험으로 연결될 수 있습니다.

Technical Program Manager (Mobility Agentic Intelligence)는 Vehicle, Connected Device, Mobility Service에서 생성되는 방대한 raw source와 복잡한 System Context를 이해하고, 여러 조직이 함께 사용할 Data Model, abstraction, Interface 기준을 실제 Product와 Service에 적용하는 과정을 이끕니다.

개별 Device와 System에 흩어진 Data를 다양한 Mobility Product와 Service에서 재사용할 수 있는 기반으로 전환하는 역할이며, 기술적 맥락을 이해하고 문제와 의사결정 구조를 명확히 하며 Mobility Product, Vehicle Software, Data Platform, AI 조직의 실행을 연결하는 역할입니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- Mobility Data Foundation의 abstraction 및 Interface 정의 과제의 목표와 Scope, Delivery Criteria를 명확히 하고, Roadmap과 Milestone을 관리해 여러 조직의 실행을 주도
- Vehicle, Connected Device, Mobility Service에서 생성되는 raw source와 System 간 Data Flow를 분석해 Data Model, abstraction 기준, Technical Requirement로 구체화
- Schema, Ontology, Graph Structure, Data Definition, Quality, Ownership, Update Policy 등 여러 조직이 함께 사용할 공통 기준 수립을 조율하고 의사결정 및 변경 이력 관리
- Mobility Product, Vehicle Software, Data Platform, AI 등 유관 조직 간 Dependency, Risk, 일정 조율
- 모호하거나 충돌하는 기술 요구사항을 검토안과 의사결정 안건으로 구조화하고 합의 도출
- 기술 사양이 실제 시스템과 주요 Data Consumer에서 의도대로 활용되는지 검증하고 개선 과제 관리

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 7년 이상의 Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Data Product Manager 또는 이에 준하는 역할로 기술 프로젝트의 기획과 실행을 주도한 경험
- 복잡한 Data와 요구사항을 구조화하고, Schema, Domain Model, Interface 등 재사용 가능한 기준을 Engineering 조직과 함께 설계하거나 기획해본 분
- Database Schema, API, Data Pipeline, System Interface 중 하나 이상의 구조를 이해하고, 관련 기술 문서와 설계안을 검토할 수 있는 분
- 모호하거나 충돌하는 요구사항과 기술 이슈를 구조화하고, 문서와 의사결정 안건으로 정리해 합의를 이끌 수 있는 분
- 여러 Engineering 조직이 참여하는 Cross-functional 프로젝트에서 Scope, Dependency, Risk, 일정을 관리하고 실행을 끝까지 이끌어본 분

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Automotive Software, SDV, OEM 양산 또는 Robotics, IoT, Connected Device, Mobility Platform 등 Physical 제품 관련 프로젝트 경험
- Signal/Network, E/E Architecture 또는 VSS, AUTOSAR, Communication DB, Vehicle API 등 Vehicle Data/Interface를 이해하거나 다뤄본 경험
- 대규모 Data Platform에서 Metadata, Data Quality, Ownership, Governance를 설계하거나 운영한 경험
- LLM, Reasoning Model, AI Agent 등 AI/ML 기반 제품 또는 기술 프로젝트의 기획, 실행, 검증 경험
- Hardware와 Software가 결합된 Physical Product 환경에서 Integration 또는 양산 과제를 수행한 경험
