## About the Team & Mission

42dot PMO는 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 플랫폼 개발을 위한 다양한 기술 프로젝트를 관리하며, 여러 개발 조직 간 협업을 통해 차량 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 플랫폼이 안정적으로 통합되도록 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다. Technical Program Manager (Software)는 차량과 클라우드 서비스 간 연동 기능을 중심으로 한 기술 프로젝트을 리딩합니다. 차량 ECU, 클라우드 서비스, 네트워크 인프라 등 여러 시스템이 유기적으로 동작할 수 있도록 다양한 개발 조직과 협업하며 기술적인 의사결정을 지원합니다. 이 역할은 차량의 SDV 주요 ECU들의 HW, Embedded SW통합 개발에 대한 사항들을 담당하며, 하위 제어기, 각 ECU의 Application과 Embedded SW 간의 coordination을 담당합니다.

## Responsibilities

- AP와 MCU 기반의 SW issue, 개발 일정 관리
- 하위 제어기와의 interface, 통신 관련 관리
- SW 전반적인 technical 개발 일정 관리
- 개발 조직 간 기술적 의사 결정 필요 사항 정의 및 조직 간 협업 조율
- 복잡한 기술 프로젝트의 일정, 리스크 및 의존성 관리
- 시스템 통합 과정에서 발생 기술 이슈 조율
- 차량 플랫폼 기능 통합 및 테스트 Co-ordination
- DV, PV 등의 Event와 ASPICE, 차량 단위 Test 에서의 issue 관리

## Qualifications

- 차량 개발, ECU 시스템 엔지니어링 경험 또는 Technical Project Management 경험
- 복잡한 기술 프로젝트에서 여러 조직과 협업하여 프로젝트 추진 경험
- 시스템 요구 사항 정의 및 Technical Specification 작성 경험
- Confluence, Jira 등 협업 Tool 확용 경험
- 기술 문제 해결 및 장애 분석 경험
- 여러 Domain 개발, 개발 관리 경험

## Preferred Qualifications

- 자율주행, IVI, 전력 control설계 경험 또는 SDV ECU 개발 경험
- HW/SW 통합 개발 프로젝트 경험
- 하위 ECU, Sensor를 포함하는 상위 ECU 개발, PM 경험
- FMEA, ISO26262, ASPICE 경험
- CAN, Giga ethernet, 10B-T1S 등의 외부 통신, ECU 내부 I2C, SPI 등 chip간 통신에 대한 이해
- 차량 OTA, 진단에 대한 이해
