## The Role

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to help scale Taylor, our flagship product, as we launch with new customers - from large lenders to smaller institutions.

You’ll drive execution across key Taylor initiatives: making the platform more reliable and scalable, keeping Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and product engineering aligned, and ensuring we consistently deliver new capabilities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can participate confidently in technical conversations and bring structure to complex, fast-moving work. You’ll lead programs, not people. We don’t expect you to be an expert in every area below on day one.

## What You’ll Own

- Plans for key Taylor initiatives: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status
- Reliability, performance, and scalability work tied to customer launch timelines
- Intake, triage, and ownership for customer requests and field fixes across FDE and product engineering
- Feature planning, release readiness, and launch checklists
- Alignment between customer commitments and engineering delivery
- Repeatable customer onboarding and go-live playbooks

## What You Bring

- Experience running complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams
- Technical depth in production systems, such as APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines
- Strong judgment around prioritization, risks, and tradeoffs
- Ability to align teams with competing priorities without formal authority
- Comfort moving quickly and making decisions with incomplete information

## Nice to Have

- Reliability, performance, or scalability program experience
- Enterprise implementation or customer launch experience
- Experience with AI agent products or regulated industries
- Clear, concise written communication
