Requirements: - Approximately 2+ years of hands-on field experience in structured cabling, network installation, physical security installation, IT field work, or a related area; experience in every category is not required. - Practical ability to identify what a site needs for an installation to succeed and to speak up when details are uncertain. - Strong organization, documentation, follow-through, attention to detail and communication skills with customers, installers, and technical teams. - Ability and willingness to drive to customer sites across Ontario. A valid Ontario Class G driver's licence, or the ability to demonstrate that one can be obtained by the start date, is required. - Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Verkada, Cat6/copper cabling, cameras, access control, material takeoffs, installation estimating, or drafting scopes of work.
