At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care. We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you! ## About the Role You care about making complex systems actually work, not just in theory, but in practice - across teams, stakeholders, and real-world constraints. In previous roles, you were likely the person who brought clarity to messy situations: aligning engineers, partners, and product teams to get things shipped. At Tandem, you'll drive how our platform connects with the external systems used across French and European healthcare - owning and driving some of the most critical technical initiatives we have. You'll be based in our France office, working alongside the local team, in close collaboration with our central Integrations team in Stockholm. A big part of the role is deeply understanding both sides: the capabilities and constraints of external systems, and those of our own platform. From that understanding, you'll find ways to integrate them and shape concrete proposals for how integrations should work, together with external partners. You move fast, but not carelessly. You know how to break down complex problems, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams. You're comfortable going deep technically when needed, understanding APIs, data flows, and system constraints, while still keeping the bigger product picture in mind. This is a high-impact role where you'll not only deliver projects, but shape how we build and scale technical products at Tandem. ## What You'll Do - Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations. - Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners. - Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders, bridging the local team in France and the integrations team in Stockholm. - Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables. - Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture, and ensure solutions are robust and aligned with our platform. - Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity. - Build and improve how we work - establishing processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery. - Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders - tracking progress, surfacing risks, and communicating clearly. - Support our sales organisation in answering technical questions from our customers. ## What You Bring - Experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a SaaS, platform, or healthtech environment. - Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both internal teams and external stakeholders. - Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, authentication, integrations, and system design with engineers. - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing clarity or momentum. - Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk in projects, from scoping through to delivery. - Strong communication skills, you can translate technical complexity into clear decisions and direction. - A product mindset - you care about building the right thing, not just delivering on time. - Native level german speaking. Bonus Points - Experience in tech sales, enterprise sales, or enterprise software delivery - Experience working with healthcare systems or regulated environments - Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards - Experience working with platform or API products - Some hands-on technical experience (e.g. scripting, debugging, light coding) - Experience scaling integration processes or working with multiple external partners Location We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This role is based in our Munich office, where you will work primarily on-site with the local team, while collaborating closely with colleagues at our HQ in Stockholm. How to Apply We adopt a continuous selection process, so please make sure to apply with your CV in English. Our interview process consists of 4 stages: - Screening interview with Talent Acquisition - Technical interview with some of our Engineering team - Follow-up interview with one of our Team Leads - Home case and presentation at our Munich office - Join us for a lunch, a discovery meeting and a presentation to experience our culture firsthand, collaborate with our team, and see how you work in action. Culture at Tandem At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership. We're a high-performing, diverse team with a shared drive to change the future of healthcare - and we’re just getting started. Our culture is built on action, ambition, and learning. You'll be trusted to take the lead, challenge yourself, and make an impact from day one. We believe real growth happens when you're stretched, supported, and surrounded by smart, passionate teammates who want to win together. Even though we’re spread across countries, we come together often in Sweden for team meetings, social events, and offsites - blending global reach with real human connection. We hire for talent, potential, and attitude - valuing different backgrounds and fresh perspectives. Great ideas come from everywhere, and we’re building a team that reflects the world we want to change. Tandem handles sensitive patient data and will conduct a background check before hiring any candidate. ## About Tandem Health ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Tandem Health builds an AI medical assistant that reduces administrative documentation work for clinicians, freeing up time for patient care. - **Entity Type**: Private (raised $60M; Series unknown) - **Headquarters**: Stockholm, Sweden (with offices in London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Helsinki, Tallinn, Leiden, and more) - **Founded**: August 2023 - **Founders**: Lukas Saari (CEO), Oscar Boldt-Christmas (CCO), Oliver Åstrand (CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Healthcare technology (AI-powered clinical documentation and decision support) - **Target customers**: B2B – care organizations (hospitals, general practices, mental health providers, veterinary clinics) across Europe, with a focus on clinicians - **Mission statement**: “Build AI that gives clinicians time back” — reducing admin work so attention stays with patients. ## Products & Services - **AI Scribe**: Ambient voice technology that listens to consultations and automatically generates clinical notes, referrals, sick notes, and visit summaries.
