Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager (OSS) to lead the delivery and implementation of an Operational Support System within a complex, vendor-driven environment. This role goes beyond coordination—you will actively drive deliverables, resolve blockers, manage acceptance processes, and contribute to technical workstreams. You will serve as a critical link between internal cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, service delivery, and network operations) and external partners. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable with program delivery and technical depth, able to interpret architecture documents, support testing activities, and ensure successful execution across all project milestones.
