This position requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and stakeholder. In This Role, You Will: Technical Project Manager Project Leadership: - Own the project roadmap and delivery plans. - Define and track project goals, timelines, and success metrics. - Manage risks and proactively address blockers. Agile Facilitation: - Be the Scrum Master for the technical team, facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). - Track team velocity and ensure stories move forward effectively. - Ensure adherence to agile standards, including "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done." Product Ownership Support: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Assist in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and work breakdowns. - Represent the customer’s perspective, ensuring the delivered solution meets expectations.
