## About the Team & Mission

Pleos Playground는 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 환경에서 다양한 서드파티 애플리케이션과 서비스를 연결하는 플랫폼입니다. Operation Team은 앱이 안전하고 안정적으로 출시되고 운영될 수 있도록 앱의 전체 라이프사이클을 관리하며, 파트너와 내부 개발 조직을 연결하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. Technical Quality Manager는 3rd-party App의 기술 품질을 총괄하는 Quality Owner입니다. 현대자동차의 품질 요구사항을 실행 가능한 품질 기준과 프로세스로 구체화하고, Product, Engineering, Operations 및 파트너와 협업하여 요구사항 정의부터 출시 이후 운영까지 품질이 내재화된 개발 체계를 구축합니다.

## Responsibilities

- 현대자동차의 품질 요구사항을 기반으로 3rd-party App의 품질 기준과 Acceptance Criteria를 정의합니다.
- 기능, 안정성, 성능, 호환성 및 사용자 경험을 포함하는 Quality Framework와 Quality Gate를 구축하고 운영합니다.
- 신규 앱 및 주요 업데이트의 품질 결과와 잔여 리스크를 검토하여 출시 적합성을 판단합니다.
- Product, Engineering 및 파트너와 협업하여 품질 개선 과제를 도출하고 지속적인 품질 향상을 이끕니다.
- 테스트 전략, 결함 관리, 품질 프로세스 및 운영 기준을 표준화하고 지속적으로 개선합니다.
- 테스트 자동화, CI/CD Quality Gate 및 품질 모니터링 체계를 구축하고 고도화합니다.
- 품질 지표와 운영 데이터를 분석하여 조직의 품질 수준을 관리하고, 주요 품질 이슈에 대한 Root Cause Analysis와 재발 방지 활동을 주도합니다.

## Qualifications

- Software Quality, Quality Engineering, QA 또는 Quality Program Management 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력
- 제품 개발 라이프사이클 전반의 품질 기준과 프로세스를 설계하고 운영한 경험
- 여러 조직과 협업하여 품질 체계를 구축하거나 품질 수준을 향상시킨 경험
- 데이터 기반으로 품질 이슈와 출시 리스크를 분석하고 의사결정을 내린 경험
- API, SDK, Client-Server Architecture 및 Software Delivery Process에 대한 이해
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 품질 개선을 주도할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 품질 기준, 프로세스 및 기술적 판단을 문서화하고 공유한 경험

## Preferred Qualifications
