Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Engineering, Security, Data, Product Management, Design, and Technical Operations. - Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop hiring strategies aligned with company goals. - Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement. - Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple levels, from early-career hires through senior and staff-level candidates. - Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive technical candidates in competitive talent markets. - Experience recruiting for highly technical domains such as infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, machine learning, AI, security, developer tools, or platform engineering. - Ability to develop credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders. -
