You will act as the primary hiring partner to leadership, owning searches from kickoff through close and helping shape how we attract and hire top talent. You’ll split your time between deep execution—sourcing, screening, and closing candidates—and strategic partnership with hiring managers to design effective, scalable hiring processes.
