We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications. ## The role As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a hands-on, sourcing-focused role in finding and attracting Europe's best software engineering talent to Helsing. Working closely with the wider Software Talent Team, you will build and manage candidate pipelines using a broad range of sourcing techniques to identify passive talent that goes well beyond standard job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter. You will source, screen and interview candidates through initial stages, ensuring every person who engages with Helsing receives an exceptional experience from first contact through to offer discussion. This role is here to make hires: your impact will be measured by the quality and pace of the pipelines you build and the hires that result from them.
