We are looking for a Technical Sourcer based in Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) to support our clients Talent Discovery team. As a Technical Sourcer on our client's Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB’s most critical technical hiring needs. In this role, you will ● Support critical MongoDB technical roles through strategic passive talent sourcing.
