Here, you'll solve them every single day. At Formlabs, we’re building the tools that make it possible for anyone to bring their ideas to life, from cutting-edge products to life-saving medical devices. Our 3D printing technology powers innovation at more than 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, and NASA. Together, we’re helping everyone design, prototype, and manufacture faster than ever before. We’re a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things. If you’re ready to shape the future of fabrication, come build it with us. Your Impact: As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our technology. You’ll diagnose machine errors, analyze printer logs and work hands-on with hardware, firmware, software and materials to find the root cause of complex issues. This is a highly technical role where your engineering mindset is put to work every day. What makes the role special is the combination of deep technical problem-solving and real human connection. Our customers are mainly engineers, dentists, jewelers and manufacturers who rely on Formlabs printers every day.
