Responsibilities: Product Documentation - Own and maintain customer-facing product documentation. - Create user guides, administration manuals, deployment guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles. - Build structured documentation for platform capabilities, workflows, analytics modules, simulation tools, and AI agents. - Develop onboarding content that accelerates customer adoption. - Establish documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
