## A PROPOS DU POSTE

En tant que Technicien de Maintenance Junior, tu assures le maintien opérationnel des équipements de production de notre usine de Wissous. Encadré par le technicien senior, tu interviens au quotidien sur le curatif et le préventif, et tu montes progressivement en compétence sur le diagnostic complexe.

Rythme 2X8 possible.

## VOS MISSIONS

Maintenance équipements de production (curatif & préventif)

- Diagnostiquer et dépanner, au premier et second niveau, les équipements de production (assemblage, soudure, marquage, stockage, scanners)
- Intervenir rapidement pour limiter les arrêts
- Réaliser la maintenance préventive selon le plan défini
- Escalader les pannes complexes au technicien senior
- Contribuer à la fiabilisation des équipements

Traçabilité, sécurité & montée en compétence

- Saisir et suivre les interventions dans l’outil de suivi maintenance (GMAO en cours de déploiement) et garantir la qualité des données
- Intervenir dans le respect strict des règles de sécurité (consignations), participer au 5S et remonter les anomalies
- Les bancs de test relèvent du technicien senior : tu n’y interviens pas sans habilitation et supervision, avec une montée en compétence possible à terme

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

- Formation technique Bac+2 (maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique, MSPC ou équivalent)
- 0 à 3 ans d’expérience ; profils débutants motivés bienvenus
- Polyvalence technique de base : électricité, mécanique, pneumatique
- Rigueur, autonomie progressive, sens des priorités, esprit orienté solution
- Habilitations électriques (ou à acquérir)
- Envie d’apprendre et de monter en compétence (diagnostic complexe, bancs de test à terme)
