En tant que garant de la qualité et de la sécurité, vous assurez la conformité des produits tout en participant activement à l’amélioration continue des process. Missions du rôle - Garantir la conformité des produits, isoler les non-conformes et réaliser les contrôles qualité selon les process définis - Améliorer les vérifications de contrôle conformément au plan de contrôle établi - Utiliser divers équipements analytiques tels que machines à mesurer les coordonnées (3D), microscopes optiques, testeurs de traction, etc - Interpréter les données et rapporter les résultats auprès de votre responsable - Signaler les problèmes et les non-conformités (NCR) détectés et proposer des améliorations - Proposer des actions correctives suite aux non-conformités relevées - Participer à l’amélioration continue (groupes de travail, audits 5S, etc.) - Appliquer et partager les consignes de sécurité, veiller au port des EPI et à la conformité des équipements de contrôle - Assurer la prise et transmission des consignes en début et fin de poste - Réaliser découpe et manutention de modules en respectant les consignes de sécurité Ces missions seront assurées selon un rythme de travail posté en 4x12 incluant des nuits, week-ends et jours fériés. Profil recherché - BTS / DUT / Licence professionnelle dans les domaines de la Qualité du Génie Industriel ou équivalent. - Expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans sur une fonction similaire en environnement industriel. - Bonne maîtrise des systèmes de management de la qualité (SMQ) et des référentiels associés (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TQM) - Force de proposition, doté(e) d’un bon sens de la pédagogie et capable d’accompagner le changement. - Organisé(e), autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats. Maîtrise du français ; un niveau d’anglais professionnel serait un atout. - Enclin(e) à travailler en postes de 12 heures ( 06H00-18H00 - 18H00 - 06H00 ) - A l'aise avec la manutention de charges pouvant atteindre jusqu'à 30 kilos Pourquoi rejoindre Verkor ?
