Verkor est une entreprise industrielle française en pleine expansion, pionnière dans la fabrication de batteries bas carbone. Soutenue par des leaders comme Renault, Plastic Omnium et Schneider Electric, notre mission est claire : électrifier l’avenir de la mobilité européenne.

Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l’équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.

En tant que garant de la qualité et de la sécurité, vous assurez la conformité des produits tout en participant activement à l’amélioration continue des process.

Missions :

- Garantir la conformité des produits, isoler les non-conformes et réaliser les contrôles qualité selon les process définis
- Améliorer les vérifications de contrôle conformément au plan de contrôle
- Utiliser divers équipements analytiques tels que machines à mesurer les coordonnées (3D), microscopes optiques, testeurs de traction, etc.
- Interpréter les données et rapporter les résultats
- Signaler les problèmes et les non-conformités (NCR) détectés et proposer des améliorations
- Proposer des actions correctives suite aux non-conformités relevées
- Participer à l’amélioration continue (groupes de travail, audits 5S, etc.)
- Appliquer et partager les consignes de sécurité, veiller au port des EPI et à la conformité des équipements de contrôle
- Assurer la prise et transmission des consignes en début et fin de poste

Ces missions seront assurées selon un rythme de travail posté en 4x12 incluant des nuits, week-ends et jours fériés.

Prérequis :

- De formation qualité, génie industriel ou domaine équivalent
- Expérience sur un poste similaire de 3 ans minimum, en secteur industriel
- Connaissance spécifique des systèmes de gestion de la qualité, par exemple ISO 9001, IATF16949, TQM
- Force de proposition, pédagogue
- Organisé.e, proactif.ve et axé.e sur les résultats
- Français courant et anglais professionnel souhaités
