Avec plus de 1000 talents venus de 49 pays, nous construisons ensemble une Gigafactory ultra-moderne à Dunkerque, capable de produire 16 GWh de batteries lithium-ion par an, soit l’équivalent de 300 000 véhicules électriques.

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(e) Utilités / Exploitation pour intégrer notre équipe basée à Bourbourg. Dans un environnement industriel de haute technologie, vous assurez la disponibilité et l’efficacité des installations utilités du site. Votre expertise contribuera directement à la continuité des opérations, à l’amélioration des performances et au maintien des plus hauts standards de sécurité.

Missions :

- Surveillance du système : exploiter et surveiller le système centralisé de gestion des bâtiments (BMS) depuis la salle de contrôle afin d'assurer une distribution efficace des services publics.
- Tâches sur le terrain : effectuer des tournées régulières pour inspecter et entretenir les équipements, y compris les vannes, les pompes et les crépines, et remplir les circuits d'eau fermés. S'occuper du déchargement et du chargement des produits chimiques et autres matériaux, ainsi que de l'échantillonnage de l'eau et des produits chimiques.
- Maintenance et dépannage : diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes d'utilité publique afin d'assurer un service ininterrompu. Effectuer des travaux simples d'entretien de routine et des réparations selon les besoins. Créer des demandes d'entretien.
- Sécurité et conformité : veiller à ce que toutes les opérations soient conformes aux réglementations en matière de sécurité et d'environnement. Effectuer des évaluations des risques et mettre en œuvre des protocoles de sécurité (procédures LOTO).
- Efficacité opérationnelle : optimiser les performances des systèmes d'utilité publique afin de réduire la consommation d'énergie et les coûts d'exploitation.
- Documentation et rapports : tenir des registres précis des performances des systèmes, des listes de contrôle, du suivi des ordres de travail, des activités de maintenance et de tout incident. Préparer les rapports nécessaires. Participer à la création des ordres de travail.
- Excellence : adhérer aux normes d'excellence de l'entreprise et participer activement à leur mise en œuvre. Effectuer des audits et des actions 5S.

Prérequis :

- Formation : diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent. Une formation technique ou professionnelle est un plus.
- Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en environnement industriel.
- Compétences techniques : connaissance des systèmes utilités (air comprimé, azote, chauffage, refroidissement, ventilation, vapeur, produits chimiques).
- Connaissances BMS/DCS : expérience des systèmes de supervision et de contrôle centralisés appréciée.
- Connaissances réglementaires : compréhension des exigences de sécurité et d'environnement.
- Communication : bonnes capacités de communication et aptitude à travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
