Contexte

- Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche de notre futur Technicien qualité - Technical Cleanliness H/F pour rejoindre l'équipe Qualité de la Gigafactory basée à Bourbourg !

A propos du poste :

- Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Technicien Qualité - Technical Cleanliness H/F pour renforcer notre équipe. Sous la supervision du Technical Cleanliness Manager, vous aurez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue des standards de propreté technique au sein de notre production et de nos environnements.
- Vos principales missions incluront :
- Préparation, collecte et analyse des échantillons en laboratoire (pièges à particules, contamination des batteries)
- Contrôle de l’environnement et de l’air des zones de travail, calcul des valeurs selon les standards et normes en vigueur.
- Développement et amélioration des instructions de travail liées aux procédures Cleanliness
- Participation active aux Gemba Walks pour identifier et proposer des améliorations sur les standards de cleanliness
- Mise en place d’actions correctives avec les ingénieurs en cas de non-conformités
- Coordination et préparation des audits internes, réalisation et rédaction de rapports détaillés avec les ingénieurs
- Supervision des activités quotidiennes pour garantir l'absence de contamination sur les lignes de production

Profil recherché :

- De formation Bac+2 minimum dans le domaine de la qualité/technical cleanliness, vous justifiez d'une expérience de minimum 1 an en qualité industrielle, idéalement en milieu automobile, aéronautique, ou chimie
- Anglais technique requis
- Connaissance des normes techniques internationnales ISO et VDA appréciée
- Excellentes compétences en analyse de données et résolution de problèmes
- Maîtrise des outils Excel et Office
- Bonnes compétences en communication et collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires
