Buscamos un/a Técnico/a Helpdesk para CS&M, empresa de Glintt Life, que quiera formar parte de un equipo cercano y dinámico, dando soporte técnico a usuarios y clientes en entornos Windows.

¿Cómo será tu día a día ?

- Atender y resolver incidencias técnicas de usuarios finales.
- Proporcionar soporte remoto mediante herramientas como TeamViewer.
- Configurar, mantener y solucionar problemas en equipos Windows y portátiles.
- Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con hardware, software y conectividad.
- Garantizar una atención ágil y de calidad, acompañando a los usuarios hasta la resolución de sus incidencias.
- Escalar y realizar seguimiento de aquellas incidencias que requieran soporte especializado.

Lo que buscamos

- Experiencia previa en soporte técnico, Helpdesk o Service Desk.
- Conocimientos de sistemas operativos Windows.
- Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de acceso remoto.
- Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de hardware y software.
- Orientación al cliente y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
- Catalán y castellano fluidos (imprescindible).
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 11:00 a 19:00 horas Sábados de 09:00 a 14:00 horas en modalidad remota
