## DESCRIZIONE DEL LAVORO

Cerchiamo un tecnico che sia gli occhi e la voce di Enpal sul territorio. Non lavorerai a una sola fase: seguirai gli impianti dei nostri clienti lungo tutto il ciclo — sopralluoghi, supervisione delle installazioni e manutenzioni — sia su fotovoltaico che su pompe di calore.

Il tuo compito è garantire che ogni intervento rispetti gli standard di qualità e sicurezza Enpal, documentando il lavoro tramite l’app aziendale a ogni passaggio. La posizione ha base in Romagna e copre la bassa Romagna e, in caso di necessità, le Marche.

## RESPONSABILITÀ

- Effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici presso i clienti per valutare la fattibilità e i requisiti degli impianti fotovoltaici e a pompa di calore
- Presidiare le installazioni come referente Enpal in cantiere: validare che ogni fase sia eseguita a regola d’arte e registrare inizio e fine lavori sull’app aziendale, che certifica l’avanzamento dell’intervento
- Eseguire e seguire gli interventi di manutenzione su impianti già installati, fotovoltaico e pompe di calore
- Verificare il rispetto di standard di qualità e norme di sicurezza, con la responsabilità di segnalare e fermare lavorazioni non conformi
- Documentare ogni intervento (checklist, foto, anomalie, note tecniche) tramite l’app aziendale, garantendo la tracciabilità del lavoro svolto
- Essere il volto di Enpal verso il cliente in cantiere, gestendo dubbi e comunicazioni
- Coordinarti con le squadre di installatori per eseguire i progetti in modo preciso, rapido e sicuro
- Spostarti sul territorio assegnato per raggiungere i diversi cantieri e clienti

## QUALIFICHE

Si richiede:

- Conoscenza ed esperienza minima come elettricista: comprensione di quadri elettrici, del loro funzionamento e dei codici di sicurezza elettrica
- Esperienza in cantiere, preferibilmente nel settore impiantistico o edile
- Buona conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza
- Patente di guida tipo B e disponibilità a spostarsi quotidianamente sul territorio (bassa Romagna e, all’occorrenza, Marche)
- Autonomia organizzativa e capacità di gestire più cantieri/interventi nell’arco della giornata
- Dimestichezza con strumenti digitali (app, smartphone) per la compilazione di report e checklist
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra e comunicazione chiara ed efficace

Costituiscono un plus:

- Esperienza da esperto nell’installazione e manutenzione di impianti fotovoltaici, inverter e quadri elettrici per il FV
- Esperienza da esperto su pompe di calore o competenze termo-idrauliche

## OFFRIAMO

- Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi finalizzato alla stabilizzazione in azienda
- Inquadramento al 5° Livello del CCNL Commercio
- RAL € 22.549 – 25.000 su 14 mensilità
- Indennità di trasfertismo € 2.800 su 12 mensilità
- Non-compete € 2.000 su 12 mensilità
- Variabile fino a € 3.000 di bonus, erogato trimestralmente
- L’azienda fornisce furgone, attrezzi, divisa, telefono e scheda carburante

Luogo di lavoro: Romagna (copertura bassa Romagna e, in caso di necessità, Marche).

Orario: Full Time, 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì, con orario variabile in base ai cantieri.
