## Job description

弊社で開発、生産する人工知能ロボット向けの部材のソーシング・購買業務。ロボットの新規デバイス構造に適したサプライヤの発掘から、試作、検証プロセスを経て量産導入までの調達計画の策定・実行まで、プロジェクトの上流から下流工程まで一気通貫で関わることができます。

## Responsibilities Include

- 人工知能ロボット、またその他弊社ビジネスに必要な調達業務
- 現行量産及び次期モデルのプロジェクトを跨いだ購買管理
- 見積書の査定を行いコストの妥当性を検証した最適なサプライヤの決定
- 次期モデルへの原価低減の実行及びBOMコストのシート管理と最適化。
- 国内外サプライヤとの購買条件及び価格交渉
- 調達契約書のドラフト及び契約の締結
- 社内の多国籍エンジニアとの仕様調整や、海外サプライヤとの契約折衝

Requirement - Must have

- ロボティクス業界での購買、または自動車/産業機器/電子機器等、一定以上の生産量を有する業界での購買3〜7年経験を有する方
- ペースの早い環境下で指示を待たずに自身で課題を発見し、周りを巻き込み解決する力
- Excelでの資料作成能力（VLOOKUP, SUMIF関数などを定量的に使用）
- 特定の領域においてエンジニアと対等にコミュニケーションが可能な技術的知識を有する方
- ゼロベースからプロセスを構築していくことに働きがいを感じる方
- 機械・電気いずれかもしくは両方の図面の解読が可能であること
- 日本語を母国語あるいはJLPT N1相当の日本語能力を有すること

- 会話レベルの英語力（海外のサプライヤ及び製造委託先とコミュニケーションする機会が多くあります。）
- 類似の業界で設計/営業経験を有する方（各部品の詳しい知識を有する方は尚可）
