## Job description

当社は「ロボットを変え、構造を変え、世界を変える」をミッションに掲げ、遠隔操作や人工知能ロボットの開発、そしてそれらの技術を活用した事業を展開する、東大初のスタートアップ企業テレイグジスタンス のグループ企業です。

このたび、ヒューマノイドロボットの動作学習を行う データコレクションセンターの新設が決定しました。そこで、センター立ち上げチームに参加し、オペレーター組織の運営や管理を担う スーパーバイザー（SV） を募集することとなりました。

Robot Data Collection Center では、ヒューマノイドロボットを操作し、シナリオに基づいた様々な動作を学習させる業務を行います。

仕事内容

- SVとして担当する主な業務は以下の通りです：
- 新規センター立ち上げの準備およびオペレーター採用オペレーターシフト管理・教育・業務マニュアル作成KPI管理、業務改善・品質向上施策の立案エスカレーション対応・チーム運営サポート ※お客様との電話対応業務はありません。

勤務条件

- 勤務地：東京都大田区平和島（流通センター駅 徒歩3分　京急平和島駅からバスで約5分）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜22:00の間で交代制シフト（夜勤なし）
- 休日：シフト制（週休2日、土日祝含む）
- 雇用形態：正社員

応募資格

- オペレーション管理・チームリーダー／SV経験がある方（業界不問
- Excel/Googleスプレッドシートの使用経験
- システムが英語表記のものもあるため、英語表示にアレルギーがない方
- ロボット・機械・AI関連業務に関心がある方歓迎 ※ロボットの操作については入社後に学んでいただきますので、入社時点でロボットの操作経験は不要です。
