This role manages end-to-end logistics, inventory accuracy, and on-site staff coordination while acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of service and presentation to deliver an exceptional fan experience. What you'll do: Tour Logistics and Operations - Assist with day-to-day touring merchandise operations, ensuring seamless execution across all shows,festivals, and live events - Coordinate end-to-end tour logistics, including advancing stock deliveries and collections with venues, promoters, and logistics partners - Advance shows with venues and concession partners, ensuring alignment on space, staffing, and operational requirements - Provide on-the-ground support at shows and events where required, including merchandise coordination and physical handling of stock where required Inventory Management - Help manage and reconcile touring inventory, maintaining accurate, real-time visibility across venues, on-road stock, and warehouse locations - Oversee tour stock flows, including allocations, replenishment, and returns, ensuring product availability throughout tour runs Systems and Reporting - Execute tour builds within POS and inventory systems (e.g. AtVenu, Square), ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and reporting structures · - Assist with reporting and settlements, including daily sales tracking, reconciliation, and coordination with finance and tour stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with internal teams (account management, production, finance, ecommerce, warehouse) to ensure aligned and efficient touring execution - Build and maintain positive relationships with external promoters and logistics partners to ensure priority handling of stock - Collaborate with the E-commerce team to manage the seamless transition of inventory between touring and online channels Casual Management - Coordinate casual merchandise staff, including sourcing, onboarding, rostering, and on-site briefing where required - Act as a primary point of contact for venue merchandise managers to resolve real-time operational issues - Ensure all on-site merchandise activations comply with local health and safety regulations, including manual handling standards and venue-specific safety inductions. - Liaise with Payroll / PX teams to ensure all casual staff payroll data are submitted accurately and on time Who you are: - 2–3 years experience in touring, live events, retail operations, or logistics (music/merchandise - experience highly regarded) - Strong organisational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tours, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously - High attention to detail across inventory, reporting, and financial reconciliation - Confident communicator, able to liaise with venues, promoters, and internal teams - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (comfortable working with reports and operational data) - Experience with POS / touring systems such as AtVenu, Square, or similar (preferred but not essential) - Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required - Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends during touring periods - Ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including the manual handling of merchandise stock and equipment in accordance with safe work practices.
