Operating strictly within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), this role serves as the first line of manual review for automated identity verification (IDV) exceptions and basic Sanctions alerts. The Analyst will focus on core identity verification execution, clearing routine friction points in the onboarding funnel, validating baseline registration data, and ensuring basic trader onboarding functions are satisfied efficiently. When out-of-scope issues or elevated threats emerge, you will be responsible for accurately triaging and escalating these complex profiles to Senior or High-Risk Analysts. ## Key Responsibilities - Identity Verification & Exception Processing: Process entry-level queues for automated IDV failures (e.g., Government ID unreadability, Selfie mismatches, 2FA, Email/Phone verification errors) following detailed operating instructions and strict SOPs. - Initial Document Validation: Review and validate baseline registration data and standard identity/tax documentation.
