Planned Parenthood Keystone is looking for a Full-time (35 hours/week), non-exempt, Affiliate Floater Training Assistant Manager to travel to all of our centers.  The Affiliate Floater Training Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of all non-licensed medical center staff across the affiliate. This position ensures new hires are fully trained and compliant with organizational standards within their first six months or sooner. When not onboarding new employees, this role assists with observation, skill validation, and re-training of existing staff to maintain high-quality patient care and consistent use of affiliate systems. The position contributes to the standardization of systems throughout the affiliate, provides support to Center Managers as needed, and promotes a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment. ## ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Serve as an affiliate-wide trainer for all non-licensed center staff, with support from health center management and administrative staff.
