This role will be crucial in driving our Finance Transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday optimization and integrations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Workday and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Workday solutions in a transformation context. This role will be on-site in our Hyderabad office an expected to work 3:00pm - 12:00am IST (4:30am - 1:30pm CST). We will assess moving to a hybrid requirement after the first 90 days of employment. - Manage multiple cross-functional projects in the Finance and Accounting Organization through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and training. - Collaborate with functional leaders and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. - Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks that may impact project success. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday and integrated systems. - Support the functionality of various systems with Workday including Accounting Center, Adaptive Planning, and Prism Analytics. - Focus on end-to-end Accounting and Finance process automation. - Support AI initiative governance and enablement. - Research latest AI capabilities and use cases for Finance and Accounting. ## YOUR EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance and Accounting with a mix of: - 2-3 years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization. - 2-3 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Proven technical expertise in Workday: - Modules such as Financials, Adaptive Planning, Accounting Center, and Prism Analytics. - Integrations using various methods and tools. - Security framework and its application to various business processes. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience with other financial systems and tools is a plus. ## Preferred Skills - Workday certifications. - Experience in a large-scale enterprise transformation program. - Experience with AI in the Finance department. - Experience in the Software Industry.
