You’ll play an important role in ensuring a seamless travel experience while building your expertise in travel management. ## Key Requirements - Handle end-to-end travel bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation using GDS. - Process booking modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds in accordance with fare rules and client requirements. - Respond to travel requests and inquiries while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs). - Communicate professionally with clients and travelers via email and chat in English. - Maintain accurate booking records and update travel management systems. - Ensure compliance with client travel policies, approval workflows, and preferred supplier guidelines. - Escalate complex ticketing issues or urgent travel disruptions when necessary. - Contribute to continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
