募集背景 本ポジションは、グローバルに展開する当社のTreasury（財務）業務を中心に担当いただきます。キャッシュマネジメント、流動性管理、銀行リレーションの運営・最適化などを通じて、事業成長を支える財務基盤の構築に携わっていただきます。 将来的には、ご経験や英語力、志向に応じて、Capital Strategy（資本戦略）や資金調達、IR関連業務などへキャリアを広げる機会があります。 財務・経理・銀行業務で培った知識や経験を活かしながら、事業会社におけるグローバル財務の専門性を高めたい方を歓迎します。

業務内容 Treasury（財務）業務

- グループ全体の資金状況のモニタリングおよび管理
- 短期・中長期の資金計画作成サポート
- キャッシュフロー関連データの集計・分析
- 銀行提出資料の作成および管理 銀行リレーション・資金調達支援
- 取引銀行とのコミュニケーションおよび関係構築
- 借入関連業務のサポート
- 資金調達プロジェクトにおけるデータ準備・資料作成 業務改善・プロジェクト推進
- 財務関連業務の標準化・効率化
- 財務データの可視化および分析
- 各部門と連携した財務プロジェクトの推進

応募要件 必須要件

- 以下のいずれかの経験3年以上 ○ 事業会社での経理業務 ○ 事業会社での財務業務 ○ 銀行での法人営業または関連業務 ○ 監査法人、FAS、投資銀行等での経験
- 会計・財務に関する基礎知識
- Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 社内外の関係者と円滑なコミュニケーションを取れる能力
