For Life Sciences partners, we offer the leading at-home EEG platform for clinical development of novel therapeutics for neurological, psychiatric, and sleep disorders. Our Diagnostics business is building the most comprehensive at-home platform for precision diagnostics, combining EEG and cardiopulmonary signals to deliver reimbursable assessments for sleep and central nervous system disorders. Together, we're changing the way patients are diagnosed and treated for any disorder that affects brain physiology. Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to develop, build, and scale the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN), a strategic initiative that brings together two sides of Beacon's footprint: our Clinical Trials business, where hundreds of trial sites have run and are running studies with the Waveband EEG headband with direction from our Global Clinical Operations team, and our Diagnostics business, where hundreds of hospital systems and clinics use our Home Sleep Tests to support the diagnosis of apnea. The TSN is focused on recognizing high-quality sites for execution excellence and providing them a network to support future pharmaceutical clinical trials and academic grant-funded studies, and to service diagnostic patients. This Director will serve as the lead and coordinator of all TSN activities: setting the strategic direction of the network, growing and communicating with it, designing the incentives and recognition that drive membership and engagement, maximizing the scientific and clinical value from the relationships already in place, and directing the product and engineering work needed to support the network at scale. The role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer and coordinates closely with a matrixed working team spanning Clinical Operations, Business Development, Diagnostics, Product/Engineering, Marketing, and Legal. While this role starts with no direct reports, with demonstrated success it will hire a supporting team. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based near Beacon HQ in Boston, or another Beacon hub (e.g., New York City). Some travel required to sites, sponsors, and internal hubs should be expected. What success looks like - Strategy and direction: Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the TSN, setting priorities, sequencing, and the long-term shape of the network in partnership with Life Sciences and Diagnostics leadership. - Product vision: Set the product vision for TSN-supporting platform capabilities, translating requirements from Life Sciences and Diagnostics into a single, coherent roadmap. - Cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering: Work with Beacon's engineering teams to prioritize the platform capabilities that the TSN needs, informing product and holding development teams accountable by acting as primary stakeholder and advocate for site-facing capabilities on Beacon's product roadmaps. - Enrollment and Recruitment support: Build and oversee a patient recruitment capability that gives sponsors confidence in and supports sites’ ability to enroll for a given study, using EHR-based patient matching, patient-specific tokenized data, historical performance, site capacity, or other relevant data as inputs. - Pipeline and study routing: Match potential sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites, and own the process that routes opportunities into the network. - Commercial terms of membership: Define and own the commercial terms of network membership, evaluate options, and drive a decision for how membership can carry economic value for sites (e.g., networking experience, sharing best practices for clinical trial execution and practices for diagnostic patients, recognition and visibility, insights into Beacon product direction, or access to a peer community) and for Beacon (data quality and speed, protocol compliance, sponsor confidence, increased patients served), and continually refine both sides of that exchange. - Institutional and health system relationships: Own relationships at the institutional level, including health system contracting, IRB coordination, and master service agreements, alongside relationships with individual investigators and coordinators. - Network growth and ownership: Own the roadmap and operating model for the TSN, taking it from an early framework to a fully operating network with clear offerings, targets, and milestones. - Sourcing and qualification: Direct the sourcing methodology for candidate sites, and refine the qualification and certification criteria that define different tiers of membership. - Communication and relationship management: Own the site-facing voice of the TSN, including outreach, onboarding, ongoing check-ins, recertification communications, and the broader library of templates and touchpoints that keep the relationship feeling like a genuine partnership. - Governance and reporting: Establish the KPIs, review cadence, decision rights, and upgrade and downgrade pathways between membership tiers, giving Beacon leadership clear, ongoing visibility into network value delivered, growth, and health. - Sponsor and CRO positioning: Shape how TSN membership is represented to sponsors and CROs as evidence of site readiness, data quality, and faster study start-up, strengthening Beacon's position as a site-centric partner. ## What you will bring - 7+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment, including at least 3 years in a role focused on building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program involving clinics or trial sites. - Demonstrated ability to build and scale a structured program or network from an early framework to full operation, including defining qualification criteria, incentive structures, and a repeatable operating cadence. - Strong cross-functional influence skills, with a track record of coordinating engineering, product, marketing, and legal stakeholders toward a shared roadmap, driving progress without relying on direct authority. even without direct authority over those teams. - Comfort working with data to track performance, calibrate qualification criteria, and report on program health. - Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners, such as health systems, site networks, or similar organizations, including contracts, MSAs, or revenue-sharing arrangements. - Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations, and the ability to translate them into criteria, tooling, or process. - Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus. - Experience working with quality or compliance data (e.g., protocol deviations, data quality metrics, CAPA findings) to inform tiering or certification decisions' - since the success criteria explicitly mention data quality and protocol compliance as inputs to qualification, and that data currently lives with ClinOps/QA, not with a network/BD function. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write outreach, recognition, and relationship communications that feel personal and credible to a scientific and clinical audience. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward simplicity and scalability in program design, comfortable turning an early-stage, evolving framework into durable infrastructure. - Empathy for stakeholders across the network, including trial site investigators and coordinators, sponsors, internal commercial and clinical teams, and, most of all, patients. The base salary range for this role is determined based on past experience, specific skills, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes an incentive compensation plan, equity, PTO, and other benefits. At Beacon, we've found that cultural and scientific impact is driven most by those that lead by example. As such, we're always seeking new contributors whose work demonstrates an avid curiosity, a bias towards simplicity, an eye for composability, a self-service mindset, and, most of all, a deep empathy towards colleagues, stakeholders, users, and patients. We believe a diverse team builds more robust systems and achieves higher impact. ## About Beacon Biosignals ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Beacon Biosignals is an AI-driven precision medicine platform that collects, integrates, and analyzes EEG data to accelerate drug development and power at-home sleep diagnostics. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series B – over $97 M raised as of April 2026) - **Headquarters**: Boston, Massachusetts, USA (with additional offices in Paris, New York, Cleveland, and remote) - **Founded**: Not publicly available - **Founders**: Jacob Donoghue, MD, PhD (CTO & Co‑Founder); additional co‑founders not fully disclosed in available sources. ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Neuroscience / Digital Health / AI‑powered diagnostics and clinical‑trial services. - **Target customers**: Biopharmaceutical companies (B2B) for clinical‑trial support; sleep physicians, neurologists, and primary‑care providers for at‑home sleep testing (B2B diagnostics). - **Mission**: “To unlock the power of brain data to transform how we diagnose, treat, and understand neurological and psychiatric conditions.” ## Products & Services - **Waveband EEG Headband**: FDA 510(k)‑cleared, wireless headband (formerly Dreem 3S) that collects clinical‑grade sleep‑staging data.
