This role offers the opportunity to use superior UX/UI skills to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Own the design process from research through conceptual design, UX design, testing, and prototyping. - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. - Understand client needs through customer research, feedback, and market analysis. - Facilitate the design process, present, and iterate design solutions. - Craft, pitch, and validate long-term design strategies. - Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
