- 负责公司 AI 产品及相关平台的 UI/UX 设计，持续优化产品体验；
- 深度参与产品从需求分析、交互设计到视觉落地的完整流程，与产品、研发团队紧密协作；
- 能够同时支持多个产品或项目的设计需求，在保证设计质量的同时高效交付；
- 建立并持续完善 Design System，保持产品设计的一致性与可扩展性；
- 持续关注 AI 产品设计趋势，探索更自然、更高效的人机交互体验。

任职要求

- 具备优秀的审美能力，对视觉细节和用户体验有较高要求；
- 熟练使用 Figma 等主流设计工具，能够独立完成产品设计工作；
- 具备 Web 或 App 产品设计经验，有完整作品集；
- 能够独立完成需求分析、交互设计、视觉设计及设计交付；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与产品、研发团队高效协作；
- 能够适应创业公司节奏，同时处理多个产品或项目的设计工作；
- 熟悉 AI 辅助设计工具，乐于利用 AI 提升设计效率，并愿意探索 Vibe Coding 等新型产品设计工作流。
