You act as a critical bridge between high-level product strategy and technical execution, ensuring that design intent is translated into scalable, high-performance code. Required Qualifications - Formal Design Systems Engineering: Proven experience applying systems engineering best practices to UI/UX (from discovery to component retirement). - Interface Decomposition & Requirements: Proven experience identifying user needs from diverse sources (End Users, Stakeholders, Regulatory accessibility standards like WCAG/Section 508) and deriving verifiable UI requirements.
