## Job description

🔧 Field Service Technician 📍 Williston, ND 💰 $28 - $50/hr + Overtime + Benefits 🚀 Join Propak Energy Services! Propak Energy Services is looking for motivated and mechanically skilled Field Service Technicians to maintain and repair natural gas compression equipment used in the oil & gas industry. If you have experience with engines, compressors, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, mining, power generation, or oilfield operations, we'd love to hear from you! 🛠️ What You'll Do ✅ Perform maintenance and repairs on natural gas engines and compressors ✅ Troubleshoot mechanical, instrumentation, and control system issues ✅ Work on Caterpillar, Waukesha, and Ariel equipment ✅ Assist with equipment overhauls, startups, and commissioning ✅ Complete service reports and maintenance documentation ✅ Travel to customer sites to support repairs and service calls ✅ Follow all safety procedures and company policies 🎯 What We're Looking For ✔️ High School Diploma or GED ✔️ 1+ years of mechanical, industrial, oil & gas, heavy equipment, or related experience ✔️ Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills ✔️ Experience with engines, compressors, pumps, or rotating equipment preferred ✔️ Valid Driver's License ✔️ Ability to travel and work overtime when needed ✔️ Able to pass background check and drug screening ✔️ Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship ⭐ Preferred Experience 🔹 Natural Gas Compression 🔹 Caterpillar 3500/3600 Engines 🔹 Waukesha Engines 🔹 Ariel Compressors (KBK & JGK) 🔹 PLC Controls & Instrumentation 🔹 Oil & Gas Field Service 🔹 Engine & Compressor Overhauls 💵 Compensation & Benefits ✅ $28 - $50 per hour (based on experience) ✅ Overtime opportunities ✅ 401(k) with company match ✅ Health & Dental Insurance ✅ Paid Vacation & Holidays ✅ Paid Technical Training ✅ Relocation Assistance Available ✅ Career Growth Opportunities 🏠 Williston-based employees may qualify for an additional 15% housing allowance on their first 40 hours worked each week.
