We're a global team of ambitious, hardworking problem solvers, applying fast-moving startup energy to work that makes the world a better place. If you want to apply your talent to the biggest problems society faces, Beam is the place for you. You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work. Over 100,000 frontline workers already use Beam to take notes, provide live interpretation and handle phone calls, so they can focus on the people who need them most. This is just the beginning. ## About the role You'll sit within the Enablement Team, working directly with the people who use Beam’s tools every day and the operational teams who support them. You'll own the full implementation and adoption journey for a portfolio of accounts, from activation through to long-term account health, using data to spot risks before they become problems. You’ll be Owning implementation and adoption - Taking accounts from activation through to sustained adoption, running onboarding programmes and keeping milestones and timelines on track. - Acting as the main point of contact for users, project leads and operational leaders, and running regular steering calls at an agreed cadence. - Choosing and running the right mix of levers for each account, from kickoffs and training to comms and champion networks, live and remote, and spending real time on site with customers across the UK. - Partnering with CSMs, FDEs, Product, Engineering and Support to resolve adoption issues quickly. Driving Performance and account health - Knowing the day-to-day of every account: tracking usage and adoption, and digging into what’s working and what isn’t - Spotting disengagement and churn risk early, and immediately flagging it to your CSM early and leading the recovery plan - Using account data to demonstrate impact, and handing CSMs the evidence they need ahead of conversions, expansions and renewals - Deeply understanding Beam’s products, using this knowledge to drive adoption Being the voice of the customer - Understanding how frontline teams work, what gets in their way and where Beam can make the biggest difference, and feeding what you learn to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap - Flagging risks and opportunities, including where other Beam products could help, to the CSM, who leads commercial conversations Building the function - Running experiments with new approaches to driving adoption, quickly dropping what doesn’t work and sharing what does so the whole team gets better - Improving guides, videos and playbooks for the whole team based on what you see in the field You are - A confident communicator. You work with a range of external stakeholders, from frontline teams to operational leaders, mostly across the public sector , as well as private and charity sector partners. You make sure they're delighted with the experience they get from Beam, but you’re not afraid to challenge when it’s right for them. - Results-driven. You thrive working towards ambitious individual targets across time-to-go-live, adoption and account health. You hold yourself accountable for hitting them, act fast when you're off track, and keep pushing until customers are getting real, measurable value from Beam. - A structured project manager. You manage timelines, risks and competing priorities across multiple implementations without dropping anything. - Data-curious. You're comfortable in usage dashboards, implementation metrics and account health signals, and you use the numbers, and what you hear on the ground, to decide where to focus. - A warm, confident change-maker. You bring people with you, making technology feel relevant and exciting for people who never asked for it. - Adaptive and resilient. You stay calm and optimistic when things shift. - Genuinely mission-driven. You care about the people using Beam and the difference technology can make to their work, not just the product itself. - Creative and resourceful. You treat playbooks as a starting point, not a script, try new approaches and quickly drop what isn’t working. One more thing: You'll need customer-facing experience, ideally in SaaS, customer success, account management or implementation. You don't need to have done exactly this role before. But you do need to care about doing it well, and be willing to own it from day one. ## Perks - Generous[EMI-qualifying](https://www.gov.uk/tax-employee-share-schemes/enterprise-management-incentives-emis) share options - Access to therapy, coaching, classes & content - powered by[Oliva](https://www.oliva.health/) - Your own financial well-being coach, through Bippit - Generous Holiday - 25 days with 3 additional days over the Christmas period + bank holidays - Work remotely up to 6 weeks a year - Eligible for a 6-week sabbatical after 3 years in service - Nursery scheme through Gogeta - Healthcare cover through Benenden Health - Enhanced parental leave: Primary Caregiver leave 18 weeks and Secondary Caregiver leave 4 weeks - £200 WellBeam budget for activities enhancing wellbeing and professional development - Annual membership to Shoreditch Exchange gym (London office only) - Pension scheme where we contribute 3% of your salary and you contribute 5%. - Free subscription to the Calm meditation app - Discounted bike and accessories with Cyclescheme, and tech products with Techscheme ## About Beam We’ve picked up an armful of [awards](https://beam.org/awards) for our work, including one from our former Queen.
