## DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un Profil UI/UX Crafter, focalisé sur la fluidité d’intéractions complexes, l'impact visuel, la typographie, la scénarisation des promotions événementielles et la finition graphique haute fidélité.

sous la responsabilité du manager UX/UI, tu seras un des garants du niveau d'exigence visuel et ergonomique de nos applications : UI Craft & Direction Artistique applicative : Concevoir des interfaces mobile first à forte valeur créative pour nos produits et nos opérations promotionnelles gamifiées. Optimisation des parcours transactionnels : Fluidifier les étapes clés (recherche, prise de pari, inscription, jeu et interactions, mécaniques de récompense) sans sacrifier le plaisir visuel ni l'immersion. Micro-interactions & Polish : Imaginer les micro-animations et retours visuels qui apportent du dynamisme aux actions des utilisateurs (feedbacks de validation, victoires, animations d’interactions). Design System & Scalabilité : Enrichir, structurer et maintenir nos composants et tokens (Figma, variables, auto-layout) pour garantir une parfaite cohérence entre produits. Prototypage Haute Fidélité : Créer des maquettes interactives pour tester l'ergonomie, la hiérarchie visuelle et le comportement des fonctionnalités avant intégration. Collaboration & Recette "Pixel Perfect" : Travailler au quotidien en squad avec les PM, Graphistes, Animateurs et Développeurs pour garantir une intégration rigoureuse et fidèle aux maquettes.

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Nous cherchons des designers capables d'allier rigueur UX applicative et excellence visuelle. Le portfolio est le cœur de ta candidature.

Ce qui fera la différence :

- Sensibilité visuelle et UI affirmée : Maîtrise avancée de la hiérarchie visuelle, des grilles, de la typographie, de la couleur et de la mise en valeur de contenus événementiels (tu ne crées pas la DA mais l’écrin des diverses opérations).
- Culture Web & Mobile Product : Une solide connaissance des standards ergonomiques sur iOS, Android et Web Responsive, nourrie par une veille constante (Mobbin, Awwwards, Dribbble).
- Culture B2C et entertainment : Passionné de sport, de poker, des paris sportifs ou du jeu au sens large, tu dois respirer le gameplay.
- Sens du détail et du Craft : Obsession du pixel perfect, des micro-feedbacks visuels et de l'exécution soignée.

Compétences requises :

- Maîtrise experte de Figma (variables, tokens, auto-layout, composants complexes).
- Gestion handsoff (specs de composants, détails de feature, déclinaisons d’états…)
- Esprit mobile-first et compréhension des contraintes d'intégration (Full React).
- Capacité à équilibrer créativité visuelle et contraintes de conversion / UX transactionnelle.
- Appétence pour les nouveaux outils d'assistance au design (Agent figma, Claude Design, Cursor, Paper...).
- Savoir travailler en mode squad comme en mode commando au sein d'un univers vivant et passionné.

## CE QUE TON PORTFOLIO DOIT MONTRER

Pour retenir notre attention, ton portfolio est obligatoire et doit comporter :

- Des maquettes UI d'applications web/mobiles montrant une grande maturité visuelle et une DA soignée.
- Des exemples de parcours complexes ou d'interfaces événementielles/gamifiées.
- Des prototypes ou vidéos montrant le travail sur les micro-interactions et les animations d'interface.
