What You Will Do: Vendor Management - Monitor & Evaluate: Track and assess IT vendor performance to ensure full compliance with agreed contracts and SLAs. - Contract Administration: Document, track, and manage all IT vendor contracts, ensuring timely renewals and supporting negotiation processes with data-driven insights. - Onboarding Support: Gather and compile relevant data/documentation for vendor onboarding and periodic evaluations. Financial & Budget Management - Budget Tracking: Record, monitor, and manage day-to-day IT expenditures against the approved budget. - Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports regarding IT spending for management review.
