Gute Ergebnisse brauchen gute Bedingungen! Bei uns konzentrierst du dich auf das, was du am besten kannst: Beraten und Abschließen. Keine Kaltakquise / Kein Door-to-Door: Vollständig qualifizierte Leads und feste Termine durch unseren Innendienst. Fokus aufs Verkaufen: Keine lästige Administration oder Reklamationsabwicklung. Attraktives Gehaltspaket: Attraktives Fixum zzgl. einer ungedeckelten, leistungsorientierten Provision. Ausstattung: Firmenwagen (auch zur privaten Nutzung), Tablet und Smartphone.

Die Mission:

- Fachberatung vor Ort: Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen bei Hausbesitzer*innen zu individuellen Wärmepumpen-Lösungen direkt vor Ort.
- Technische Machbarkeitsprüfung (Kein Aufmaß!): Erste visuelle Erfassung der technischen Gegebenheiten vor Ort, um die grundsätzliche Machbarkeit zu prüfen.
- Angebotspräsentation & Abschluss: Erstellung und Präsentation maßgeschneiderter Angebote – vom Erstgespräch bis zur Unterschrift. Du nutzt deine Abschlussstärke!
- Teamplay & Support: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst, der dir bei der Terminkoordination den Rücken freihält, sowie mit der Aufmaßtechnik.
- Wachstum: Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Führungskräften zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung deiner Performance.

Dein Profil

- Berufserfahrung: Nachweisbare Erfahrung im B2C-Außendienst oder Direktvertrieb von stark erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten (z. B. Wärmepumpen, Heizungstechnik, Photovoltaik / PV-Anlagen, Sanierungen oder komplexe Finanz- und Versicherungsprodukte).
- Brancheninteresse: Hohe Affinität zur Energiewirtschaft, Solarenergie, Heiztechnik und zu erneuerbaren Energien.
- Technisches Grundverständnis: Bereitschaft, dich tief in die Materie der Wärmepumpentechnik einzuarbeiten, um Kunden kompetent zu beraten.
- Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein starker Fokus auf den Verkaufsabschluss (Abschlussstärke).
- Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) für die rechtssichere Kundenberatung.
- Mobilität: Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich für den Außendienst).
