The agency’s mantra is “humanize, not automate.” ## Products & Services Princeton10 operates across three service pillars: - **Business Consultancy**: Strategic planning, brand positioning, and market access advice. - **Creative Agency**: Campaign development, brand identity, and content creation (e.g., *The Unseen Journey* for Incyte, *Badge of Honor* for Sanofi). - **Tech Powerhouse**: Digital innovation, social analytics, AI-driven insights and tools (e.g., using generative AI to visualize patient experiences). Additional specific offerings include social analytics, marketing analytics, and patient support program design. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Annual revenue of $19.3 million in 2025 (up from $10.1 million in 2024) – [mmmonline.com](https://www.mmm-online.com/companydetail/princeton10-agency-100-2026/) - **Notable Clients**: Leo Pharma (from a single $50k project to handling all biologics), Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Incyte, Sanofi, Abbott, Grail, CareMetx - **Growth Signals**: Headcount grew from 36 in 2024 to 65 in 2025; 93% of growth came from existing clients; acquired Persephone Digital (Seattle) in 2025, adding Abbott and Grail as clients. ## Competitive Advantages - **Senior Talent Model**: All client work is led by experienced, senior-level staff – no handoff to junior teams after the pitch. - **Fully Remote, Global Talent**: Remote since before the pandemic, hiring from across the US and Canada, enabling cognitive diversity. - **Speed & Agility**: Independent structure allows fast decision-making without holding-company layers. Delivered a campaign for Paratek in four months. - **Human-Centric AI**: Uses AI to accelerate work but insists on human intuition for the final 30% – avoiding generic, templated output. ## Strategic Focus - Deepening existing client relationships (93% of revenue from current clients). - Expanding into adjacent areas such as patient support programs viewed from a B2B perspective. - Maintaining a “high-touch, deeply accountable” partnership model while scaling. - Continuing to leverage AI as an enabler, not a replacement, for creative strategy. ## Why Work Here - **Remote-First Culture**: Fully remote with employees across the US and Canada; no mandatory in-office days. - **Senior-Level Impact**: Roles are designed for experienced professionals who want hands-on client work without bureaucracy. - **Culture of Moxie**: Described as rebellious, agile, and purpose-driven – “not just another agency.” - **Diverse, Global Team**: Hires from anywhere to get cognitively diverse perspectives. - **Growth Opportunities**: Rapid revenue and headcount growth, with the chance to work on high-visibility campaigns for top pharma brands. ## Sources 1.
