We do this by continuously redefining and delivering hyperscale data centres that meet the needs of our customers - the world’s most transformational companies. And we’re doing so sustainably, for today and tomorrow. A Snapshot As Vice President, Finance, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer, serve as the most senior finance leader across the AirTrunk Group, and work closely with the Finance, Corporate Development, Treasury and Legal teams, as well as our shareholder partner, Blackstone. This is a unique opportunity to shape the finance strategy of a leading global hyperscale data centre platform at a critical stage of expansion. The role provides direct exposure to a world-class infrastructure investor, influence over multi-billion-dollar capital allocation decisions, and a clear line of sight to value creation and exit. This is a strategically critical role, central to growing and protecting enterprise value as AirTrunk scales across multiple jurisdictions. You will operate as a senior enterprise leader within the Group CFO leadership team. We have grown at remarkable speed, and our ambition is even greater. Financial Planning & Analysis: - Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes alongside the CFO and in partnership with the leadership and management team. - Support the development and tracking of performance measures aligned with the company's strategic direction. - Lead the ongoing development of financial strategies. ## Requirements - Previous experience as Deputy CFO or second-in-command to the CFO of a large company, or as CFO of a medium-sized company. - Experience helping organisations scale rapidly through better processes, technology and outsourced capability, without unnecessary headcount growth. - Preferred industry experience in property, funds management or infrastructure. - Preferred experience in private equity-backed or institutionally owned companies. - Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially minded, with a strong focus on outcomes and creating value for the business. - Builds strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and partners confidently and effectively with Blackstone, exercising sound judgement. - A strong people leader who brings out the best in others, builds capability and develops future talent. - An enterprise-minded leader who looks beyond Finance and understands the broader business and its strategic priorities.
