Support the digital transformation of the Organization Development function by embedding AI, automation and advanced analytics into OD processes. ## JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Organization Design & AI Transformation Partner with senior leaders to identify key organization development priorities and design effective organizational solutions that address gaps/opportunities Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organization-wide development programs and initiatives – including M&A, JVs and spin-offs - ensuring they align with strategic objectives and drive measurable improvements in team performance. Work with the SVP and the rest of the OD team to develop and execute the Organization Development AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI agents and workflow automation across OD processes and activities. Build, pilot and scale AI agents, digital platforms and automation capabilities to enhance organization design, workforce planning and position management. Conduct organizational assessments using advanced analytics, Orgvue and AI-enabled insights to identify organizational improvement opportunities and support executive decision making Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership teams to enhance change management programs and drive alignment around organizational priorities.
