You'll bring our nursing programs to the employers, educators, and communities that want to grow their workforce. You'll set the strategy, own the P&L, and build a team in every state we serve. It's a rare chance to build something from the ground up in our Growth Office. ## What you'll do - Build a state-by-state recruitment organization. Hire and lead a B2B recruitment team in every state. Define the market model for each state (five primary and two secondary markets). Represent Nightingale at industry forums and health association convenings. - Own revenue, P&L, and the operating model. Manage partner-sourced enrollment, cost per lead and cost per start, margin, and forecasting. Design CRM and pipeline governance (Salesforce and HubSpot) and attribution reporting. - Integrate across Functions. Work with Enrollment, Marketing, Academic and Clinical Operations, and Finance. Confirm that program delivery and clinical placement capacity can meet commitments before the team signs agreements. - Lead culture. Build a high-impact culture grounded in clear metrics, coaching, and accountability, consistent with the Core 7. You'll also lead B2B admissions, Title IV partner onboarding, and representation of NEG Nursing Workforce Leadership. ## What you'll bring Required - Enterprise-level brand building: Proven experience building and scaling a brand at the enterprise level, with ownership of brand strategy, positioning, and awareness across multiple states or nationally - Enterprise-level executive leadership: Proven experience leading at the enterprise level, with accountability for a P&L, a multi-state organization, and C-suite relationships - 10+ years in B2B business development, strategic sales, or partnership leadership, including healthcare, health systems, or a health-adjacent industry - Experience building and leading a multi-state field sales or recruitment team - A track record of closing contracts with health system executives - Experience with territory design, quota management, and event-based or field recruitment - Experience with marketing strategy and campaign oversight - Ability to build ROI and business cases on workforce economics - Working knowledge of healthcare workforce dynamics (nursing shortage, turnover, licensure) - CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), including building pipeline governance - Bachelor's degree. An MBA, MHA, or clinical credential is preferred, and equivalent experience is considered. ## Preferred - Nursing or higher education enrollment experience, including articulation agreements - Experience with workforce boards, state workforce funding, or economic development organizations - Healthcare staffing or talent platform experience in strategic accounts - Experience with rural health systems, critical access hospitals, or community health networks Budgeted Hiring Range $193,500—$210,600 USD All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
