We are achieving this vision through the following two missions: To fully digitise the construction of human civilisation To create a new type of organisation that enables human flourishing while delivering a huge positive impact on society ___________________________________________________________ ## The Role Purpose of the role As the IT Security Manager at Laminar, you will play a pivotal role in managing our IT security systems, identifying and closing any cybersecurity risk we hold, whilst also ensuring the smooth operation and development of the IT function. Your primary focus will be on maturing our security systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, particularly in alignment with relevant accreditations such as ISO 27001 and SOC2. Additionally, you will be responsible for all Laminar’s IT related policy and business rules, the managing of software, hardware and infrastructure management, and establishing SLAs for user support. ## Team Our IT team is the first port of call when things go wrong, and the first to spot trouble before it does.
