## Job description

La figura sarà a diretto riporto del Direttore Retail e avrà come principale obiettivo la definizione e applicazione delle linee guida VM al fine di massimizzare l’attrattività dei prodotti per tutti i negozi e gli outlets della catena.

Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:

- Creare allestimenti in linea con le politiche commerciali e di visual merchandising del Brand di riferimento
- Allestire le vetrine seguendo un calendario commerciale definito
- Elaborare gli strumenti per garantire l’implementazione e l’adattamento delle linee guida a tutta la catena
- Pianificare le viste ai negozi per supportare i team, per riallineamento o formazione
- Presidiare l’allestimento di nuovi negozi
- Monitorare e verificare la corretta realizzazione di vetrine e layout
- Supportare nella gestione operativa di progetti speciali
- Analizzare la strategia espositiva dei competitor ed i trend espositivi di mercato

Competenze necessarie:

- Significativa esperienza maturata in altri contesti retail
- Passione per il settore della moda e del retail
- Teamworking, capacità di collaborare sia con gli altri organi aziendali che con i fornitori esterni
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Disponibilità alla mobilità sul territorio e trasferte; necessario avere conseguito patente B
